1. Welcome to Degresort Amusement Park

By entering Degresort Amusement Park, purchasing a ticket, wearing our RFID wristbands, or using our online booking system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your entry, conduct, and safety during your stay at our resort.

2. Admissions & Ticketing

• Validity: All tickets, passes, and VIP club memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the date or period specified.
• Verification: Management reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification upon entry or wristband issuance.
• Rider Bracelet: RFID Wristbands are the property of Degresort and must be worn securely at all times. They act as your digital wallet and access key. Lost wristbands should be reported immediately to Guest Services.

3. Ride Safety & Conduct

Your safety is our absolute priority. Guests must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Height & Health Restrictions: You must meet the height, weight, and health requirements posted at each ride. Do not participate if you are pregnant, have back or heart conditions, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Safety Harnesses: Always keep all safety bars, harnesses, and seatbelts fastened. Keep hands, arms, legs, and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times.
• Children: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Payments & RFID Digital Wallet

Our park operates on a convenient cashless ecosystem using RFID wristbands. You can load funds at any POS cashier or via your online customer dashboard.

• Unused Balances: RFID wallet balances are refundable at the main guest relations counter before exit, subject to processing fees.
• Liability: Degresort is not liable for unauthorized transactions made on lost or stolen wristbands prior to them being reported and deactivated.

5. Liability Limitation

Guests enter and participate in all activities at their own risk. Degresort Amusement Park, its management, and staff are not responsible for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by gross negligence of the resort.
