Lost & Found.
We are committed to assisting visitors in recovering lost items and safeguarding found property.
1. Reporting Lost Belongings
If you misplace an item during your visit, please report it immediately to the Guest Services Desk at the main entrance or contact our safety operations team at 07033924944.
Provide a detailed description of the item, including brand, color, unique markings, and the approximate location and time it was misplaced.
2. Retrieval and Found Log
- Logging: All items recovered by staff are securely bagged, tagged, and logged in our central database with the time and date of discovery.
- Valuables: High-value items (wallets, phones, jewelry, passports, electronic keys) are held in locked security safes.
- Perishables: Food, beverages, personal hygiene items, and items posing a health risk will be discarded immediately for hygiene purposes.
3. Claiming Your Property
To claim a recovered item, you must present a valid government-issued ID and provide a precise description of the item or prove ownership (e.g., unlocking a phone or identifying specific contents).
Recovered items are held for a maximum of 30 days. Items unclaimed after 30 days are responsibly donated to local charity organizations or discarded.
4. Shipping Claims
If you have already left the resort area, we can arrange courier delivery of your recovered items at your expense. Contact support@degresort.com for courier arrangements.
